We had a ball of a time! We didn't have very pleasant weather when we were in St. Louis so we didn't have a chance to see much in the area. We had a great time with Dad and Linda. We had an adventure moving a cast iron tub out into the woods to bury. We ate some excellent food and played some fun games!
We headed west and went to Oklahoma. We were greeted there with open arms as well! We spent the evening and again were served with some excellent food and had some fun playing games with the Topham family!
Our drive West from there was very uneventful, with the exception of stopping to switch drivers. And for the official record, Kansas is a very very very very very (get the picture that it's very...) long and boring. Not much there. Definitely no points of interest, that we were interested in.
The drive was a bit too long, about 18 hours. That's a very long time to be confined in a mini van!
